Welcome to BikeGearz! Our platform is designed to provide customers with an easy way to personally import high-quality motorcycle accessories and gear from the East. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Personal Import Responsibility:

Customers purchasing products through BikeGearz take full responsibility for the personal import process. This includes complying with customs regulations, providing necessary documentation, and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by the destination country. BikeGearz will provide support and guidance in preparing and presenting the required documents but is not liable for delays, additional charges, or legal issues arising from customs clearance. 

2. Pricing and Taxes:


The prices displayed on the website do not include VAT, customs duties, or other applicable taxes. BikeGearz provides a tax estimation calculator on our website to help customers estimate potential costs. However, it remains the customer's responsibility to verify and pay any additional charges imposed by the destination country's authorities.

3. Shipping and Delivery:

- Products are ordered directly from trusted suppliers in Thailand and shipped to the customer's specified address. BikeGearz does not maintain physical inventory or warehouses.
- BikeGearz acts as a facilitator, ensuring the customer's order is placed and shipped accurately. All products are sourced on-demand from reputable suppliers.
- BikeGearz provides tracking information to assist customers in monitoring their shipments throughout the delivery process.
- Estimated delivery times are approximately 4 weeks from the date of order placement, depending on the destination country's customs procedures and shipping conditions.
- Please note that while we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen logistical issues. BikeGearz will provide assistance in tracking and resolving such delays where possible.

4. Returns and Refunds:

- Products can be returned if they are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
- The following items cannot be returned:
   - Customized or personalized items.
   - Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged during transit. In such cases, BikeGearz will cover the return shipping costs.
- In case of damaged products, customers are encouraged to contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence for support. BikeGearz will assist in resolving the issue, which may include a replacement or a full refund.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the customer's preference.
- To initiate a return, please contact support@bikegearz.com for further instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.

5. Product Quality and Warranty:

- All products offered on BikeGearz are sourced from reputable manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- In the event of a product defect, BikeGearz will actively assist and support customers in the warranty process, including communication with the manufacturer and providing necessary guidance.
- Warranty claims, repairs, or replacements are ultimately handled directly by the manufacturer according to their terms and conditions.
- Customers are encouraged to review the warranty terms provided by the manufacturer before making a purchase.
- BikeGearz does not assume responsibility for improper use of the products or for damages resulting from misuse. The use of products is solely at the customer's risk.

6. Limitation of Liability:

- BikeGearz is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the purchase of products, including but not limited to delays, defects, or misuse of products.
- In no event shall BikeGearz's liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product. BikeGearz's liability is strictly limited to the refund or replacement of the product, up to the amount paid by the customer.
- All products are sold "as is" and without any guarantees unless specified by the manufacturer. Customers are encouraged to review product specifications and warranty details before purchase.

7. Applicable Laws:

These terms and any disputes arising from your use of the website are governed by the laws of Thailand.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all relevant local laws in their destination country.

8. Cancellation Policy:


Cancellation Before Shipment:

Customers may cancel their order free of charge if the cancellation request is made before the product has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us at support@bikegearz.com with your order details as soon as possible.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and the order will be subject to our Returns and Refunds policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders:

Refunds for successfully cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Exceptions:

Orders for customized or personalized items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

9. Privacy Policy:
